MISSION OF THE MINISTRY.

Balm In Gilead mission is to teach and enlighten individuals into the knowledge of who they are in Christ Jesus. We believe in ministering to the “whole Man” both spiritually and naturally; empowering individuals to function successfully in a holistic manner. We:

• Conduct indepth biblical trainings
• Educate the religious community on dynamics and prevention of domestic violence.
• Teach and enlighten individuals into the knowledge of who they are in Christ Jesus through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Educate youth on dynamics and prevention of “teen date violence”.
• Provide Individual and Family Christian counseling to the emotionally wounded and spiritually challenged.
• Pray in agreement with others for unmet needs in their life.
• Conduct self-empowerment classes for youth and adults.
• Organize and implement recreational programs for youth.
• Organize and conduct mission work in South America.
• Provide programs for non-violent female ex-offenders and their children.
• Aspire to implement a social service resource residential program for non-violent female ex-offenders.
