A not-for-profit organization founded in April of 2001, in Chicago, Illinois by Dr. Mary M. George, Balm in Gilead Ministries (BIG) thrives as an anointed Christian educational training ministry. Our mission is to teach and enlighten individuals while ushering them into the knowledge of who they are in Christ Jesus. We believe in ministering to the “whole man” both spiritually and naturally; empowering individuals to function successfully in a holistic manner.
